ABOUT THE ZION CHURCH
Zion is a small congregation serving the Glenbrook area of Stamford. Over one hundred years old, Zion has a tradition of caring for the community. Zion continues to be committed to our neighbors with programs such as Zion's Food Pantry; "Noah's Ark", our community nursery school; our ongoing involvement cooking and serving meals at Covenant House, an area shelter; and festivals such as Octoberfest and the Strawberry Festival. Our Sanctuary has been featured on tours of Stamford's most beautiful churches, with special consideration given to our intricate stained glass windows. We describe our worship style as traditional with contemporary elements, and our congregation as warm and caring.
