Backyard Humanitarians served about 200 meals at a lunch service in late November.
Also, Stamford Youth Hockey families joined Backyard Humanitarians and held a food drive at Terry Conners Rink at Cove Island over one weekend, collecting a truckload of non-perishable food for the New Covenant House Soup Kitchen.
